General Info
Villa Casale is located about 3 minutes from the main square, reachable only by
foot.
- Parking: Paying park by the main square, free parking along the
main road at about 1 km away from the main square;
- Swimming pool: In use from May 1st to October 31st deck chairs
and umbrellas available;
- Linen: Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen included. Bedroom linen
change 1 weekly (including arrival), bathroom and kitchen change 2 weekly;
- Facilities - Kitchen are equipped with stove top (4 gas rings),
oven and fridge;
- Cleaning: Twice a week including arrival. Final cleaning Euro 50,00
to be paid locally;
- Cot: on request to be paid locally euro 25,00 per week;
- Caution: euro 200,00 per apartment to be paid on arrival;
- Check in: Friday - Saturday from 16:00 – 20:00, for arrivals later
will be applied a penalty;
- Check out: Friday – Saturday within 10:00;
- Payment: 30% on confirmation – balance within 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- 50% of total charges for the entire period of stay booked will be applied only if
cancellation is notified less than 30 days prior the arrival day;
- 80% of total charges for the entire period of stay booked will be applied only if
cancellation is notified less than 15 days prior the arrival day;
- 100% of total charges for the entire period of stay booked will be applied only
if cancellation notified less than 10 days prior the arrival day;
- 100% of total charges for the entire period of stay booked will be applied for No
Show or Under – Stay.
Office: open every day.
On request and on extra cost also provide the following services:
- Basket food requirements necessary at the arrival;
- Daily change of linen;
- Transfer by taxi to and from airport;
- Porter service from the square.
